SpongeBob 20th Anniversary Upholstered Chair

This chair is part of an exceptionally playful collaboration between Modernica, Louis de Guzman, and J Balvin, first unveiled in November 2019 in Chicago. The launch showcased a curated selection of fine art, home goods, and apparel, all celebrating the lasting cultural impact of SpongeBob SquarePants. The chair features Modernica's iconic design, reimagined with Louis de Guzman's interpretation of SpongeBob, complete with J Balvin's signature lightning bolt eyes. Given the popularity of this collaboration, Modernica produced this chair for the auction.
