Astro Boy Diamond Gemstone Pendant & Exchangeable Heads on Smiley & Star Diamond Chain

Jose received permission to have one Astro Boy pendant created, with the four interchangeable heads, created by jeweler, Gabriel Jacobs, of Rafaello & Co. The enamel clasp and chest of the Astro Boy is the brand's signature enamel detail.

The pendant has four separate heads, with different emotions, that are interchangeable. Inscribed "RAFAELLO & CO." on the interior of the bail.
