At this time the production duo was dominating the charts working with everyone from Jay-z to Britney Spears, and coming off of their debut record as a rock band known as N.E.R.D. The shoes used in this piece are from Pharrell’s personal collection and date back to the same era as this cover shoot. Pharrell 2014 (PitterPatter #121) This table is in reference to Pharrell’s 2014 Grammys appearance where he walked away with 4 awards including Record and Album of the Year for his work with Daft Punk. Pharrell 2021 (PitterPatter #122) This table is in reference to Pharrell sitting front row at Virgil Abloh’s Final Louis Vuitton runway show titled “Virgil Was Here”. This was just over a year before he was named the new Creative Director of Louis Vuitton.
